Creamy Cashew Loaded Toast

This loaded toast packs a ton of flavor and is made with amazing local ingredients that I picked up at @centraloregonlocavore. Super easy to make and has so much flavor! I made this with some jammy eggs and it made for a delicious lunch!

Ingredients:

-1 thick slice of sourdough bread (I used @lucesbakehouse gluten free sourdough)

-Thick smear of Creamy Cashew Spread (@fixafoods)

-1/2 organic avocado

-Pickled onions (@blueriverferments)

-Microgreens (@deschutesproduce )

-Organic pumpkin seeds

-Flaky salt (@maldonsalt )

-Red pepper flakes

-Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

-Toast up your sourdough, after smear on a good amount of the creamy cashew spread, then the avocado slices, top off with the micro greens and pickled onions.

-Sprinkle on flaky salt, red pepper flakes, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of olive oil!
