A festive, no-cook board that comes together in minutes — perfect forHoliday Christmas gatherings. This one features bold sauces, crunchy veg, cozy nuts, and classic meats + cheeses. Everything here was sourced from Newport Market in Bend.
Sauces & Spreads
- Fixa Foods Almond Romesco
- Fixa Foods Pistachio Pesto
Fresh Veg + Fruit
- Carrots, peeled or scrubbed
- Radishes, halved or whole
- Endive leaves, separated
- Castelvetrano olives
- 1 red pear, sliced just before serving
Crackers & Crunch
- Buckwheat fig crackers

Charcuterie Meats
- Calabrese salami
- Soppressata

Cheese (choose 2–3)
- Brie
- Gouda
- Grass-fed raw cheddar
Extras

How to Assemble
- Start with the spreads — spoon the Almond Romesco and Pistachio Pesto into small bowls and place them on opposite sides of the board.
- Add cheeses next.
- Add the charcuterie meats.
- Fill in with vegetables, olives, pears, crackers, nuts, and pickled items.
