Elote Corn Salad with Cheezy Cashew

This is the perfect summer salad! The flavors in this were so delish! I shopped for everything at @localacresmarketplace during the anniversary sale!
🛒 Ingredients
Main:
* 3 ears grilled corn, kernels cut off
* 3 tbsp @fixafoods Cheezy Cashew Nut Dip
* 3 tbsp crumbled organic feta
* 2 tbsp pickled red onions, (@blueriverferments ) chopped
* 2–3 radishes, thinly julienned
* 2 tbsp pickled peppers, (@45thparallelprovisions) chopped
* 2–3 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
* 1 tbsp water
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* Lime juice
* 1½ tbsp chopped cilantro
* 1 tbsp chopped chives
Optional Base:
* ¾ cup chopped romaine
* ¾ cup finely chopped Tuscan kale, massaged with a little olive oil + pinch of salt
* I just made a simple lime vinaigrette to toss on the greens themselves!
